Our Studio Policy:

Hygiene and cleanliness is #1 at our Studio. We only use the best and highest quality products in all of our services for you! You will enjoy a quiet, private, and relaxing environment. Shelly’s Beauty Studio is your first choice for all of your beauty & wellness needs.

Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy:

We are a small studio & we strive to provide the most Excellent service, so we are by Appointment Only.

You (our Clients) are super important to us, so we value and respect your time so we kindly ask for the same in return so that we can provide the best service to You upon your arrival.

We require a credit card number to reserve your appointment time.  We understand that changes sometimes happen, hence, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed Appointment time otherwise your full service amount will be charged.

When you confirm your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to adhere to our policy.

Late Policy:

We offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals, however, we cannot guarantee we can accomodate the service(s) you booked for as we must extend the same courtesy to all of our Clients to be on time. We are usually booked back to back on a very structured schedule.

Should you arrive later than 10 minutes and we are unable to complete your booked Services, the full service price will still apply.

Payment:

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX (no debit).

Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
